(like a half cross legged position)
slowly turn towards the left until…
your trunk and head has spiralled all the way round and your left hand is on the floor behind you
stay – breathing – softly – rising – grounding
unravel.
do the same on the other side
come back to your first seated position
place your kind hands on your thighs and let them slide down your legs as
you slowly fold forwards
this might take several breaths
after a while – lie back
