"The mastery of Yoga must not be measured simply by the ability to master the techniques of Yoga like asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control), but how it influences our day to day living, how it enhances our relationships and how it promotes clarity and peace of mind."
T K V Desikachar

introductory yoga weekends

dates - 12th-13th May 2012

This weekend course gives an introduction into this approach and is suitable for everyone who has some experience of yoga from this or any other tradition. The course has been written and developed by Paul Harvey - arising from his work over the years with his teacher TKV Desikachar. I am very grateful to Paul for sharing this material with me and thereby with you. The course allows you to explore the possibilities and principles of Yoga from the perspective of developing your own personal practice, as well as taking an overview of some of the key Yoga teachings. The weekends are non-residential. If you require suggestions for suitable accomodation - please let me know.
