beginning 3
sit comfortably – cross legged perhaps, with cushions, or on an upright chair
let your body settle into its own shape in space.
for a while, watch your breath moving naturally.
you could try
letting your shoulders release, and your neck lengthen
as you settle more deeply – feet, legs and sitting bones dropping
notice how this all serves the breath
perhaps you may find space between the breaths – you could stay there for a while
waiting in the space for the next breath to arise or fall
stay embodied.
you’ll find you’ll know what to do now…
‘Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.’ Martin Luther Jr
