sit comfortably – cross legged perhaps, with cushions, or on an upright chair

let your body settle into its own shape in space.

for a while, watch your breath moving naturally.

you could try

letting your shoulders release, and your neck lengthen

as you settle more deeply – feet, legs and sitting bones dropping

notice how this all serves the breath

perhaps you may find space between the breaths – you could stay there for a while

waiting in the space for the next breath to arise or fall

stay embodied.
