– settle your feet – spreading toes wide and imagining the soles of your feet yawning open
slowly
let your shoulders slide down your back, so that you can ease out your neck
let your awareness become embodied – take your time
feel your feet open wide to the ground, heels dropping into the earth
then allow your arms to float above your head bringing your palms together and when you are ready, perhaps tilt your face upwards to gaze at your hands
keep the upper body loose – looser – looser
lower your arms and roll down into a forward bend – repeat
stay embodied
