knees bent, feet flat
ease arms into the space behind you

breathe out – into bridge pose
breathe in – stay there – watching
play with bridge – moving and staying

curl up – knees over your chest – roll about for a while

lengthen your legs upwards
hold them somewhere from thigh to foot

breathe out from your feet
meet the edges of a stretch
welcome the breath in to a looser body

curl up again

sit up
