stand – drop your heels into the ground – let your feet spread forward – sinuous
silence shifts and settles
breath makes slow waves through your body
rippling your spine
free your standing body to roll with the wave
forward, backward, sway – rounding, folding, rising, lifting, rolling
your body is free – remember?
