sit comfortably and lift one foot. look at it carefully.

 

rotate your ankle this way and that

 

massage the soles of your feet, tracing the curves and ridges – opening and spreading

 

separate the toes, roam your fingers between them, lengthening them one by one.

 

take your time. 

 

stand up.  exhale down through the feet into the ground. inhale through the feet up from the ground.
